Hey guys! Welcome back to Blogmas day 6! We're out of the 20s. We're still in the double digits but, we're getting close to Christmas! For this blog post, I wanted to let you guys hear about my Black Friday experience this year and come along with me on all the laughs and funny things that happened this night. So let's get into day 6!

Me and my family have gone Black Friday shopping every year. We like to go after we've had Thanksgiving dinner at my granny's house. We borrow my grandma's truck because her car's bigger than ours. Since I live in Michigan, me and my family decided to go to Oakland Mall and Great Lakes Crossing. My aunt joined us and my two cousins decided to join us on this expedition.

We made our first trip to Oakland Mall. I already knew the places that I wanted to hit up but, a lot of those places were closed like Victoria Secret and Windsor but, the store that I really wanted to go to of course was open and that store is Bath & Body Works. Bath & Body Works is my favorite store and the deals that they have during the holiday season is always a good one! The buy 3 get 3 free always brings me joy. I mostly purchased lotion and some shower gels/body wash because I was going to go to Perfumania for perfume but, the deal they had wasn't the best. Around Christmas last year they had a "Buy 5 for $23" and that was when I fell in love with Rihanna's fragrances...

It was hectic in Oakland but, it wasn't too bad. Journey's had some pretty good deals as well but, I went with a plan to buy a bunch of things from Bath & Body Works and I did. I wanted to go to Great Lakes Crossing just because I know how crazy it gets during Black Friday and I love to go shopping and people watch, it's hilarious.

My aunt stayed with us until it was time for us to go to Great Lakes Crossing. We get there and everything was closed... there were crazy lines for almost every store. I just remember going into Bed Bath & Beyond and going to look for my shampoo and conditioner and they didn't have it... I normally go there to get it but they ain't eem have it.

We honestly walked all through Great Lakes Crossing and not that many stores were opened. Other than the stores not being opened there was, of course, rude people everywhere and my mom cracking jokes and embarrassing me and getting people to laugh with us.

I did purchase something from this night but not as much as I did last year, I had a great time shopping with the fam. This is something we do every year so hopefully, after Thanksgiving dinner, we go shopping, get some rest and then on Friday I can go shopping with my friends. They know how badly I want us all to go Black Friday shopping together.
